Commercial Property Solicitor - Bristol

This thriving legal practice of over 400 staff are looking for a commercial property solicitor at their new Bristol offices to join a team of 36 fee earners.   You will deal with property investors, developers, industrial groups, commercial businesses and estate management as well as individuals, charities and public sector work giving you a varied caseload.    You will need to have 2-4 years PQE with good experience of Landlord and Tenant work in a reputable firm.    Other required abilities are networking skills, IT literacy and a team player.  You should also have a willingness to be involved in business development and travel between offices.
