Our client is a Legal 500 regional firm that is highly regarded in the South West and whose reputation is founded on the expertise of their specialist lawyers.   An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an ambitious associate family solicitor wanting to undertake the highest grade of challenging matrimonial work.  The role can be based in either Exeter or Plymouth where you will join the High Worth Unit in one of the biggest family teams in the South West where there is significant opportunity for advancement.   You should have plenty of experience handling privately funded family, divorce and children/contact cases as well as ancillary relief and cohabitee disputes.   Ideally you will have developed your career with a mature practice on complex cases giving you a high level of confidence and outstanding client handling skills and a high degree of technical expertise.   It is desirable for you to be a member of Resolution and have some management experience as the role may evolve into managing a team.    You should also be preapred to be involved in the Business development and marketing.
