PI Solicitor/FILEX - Southampton

This leading Hampshire law firm are looking for an experienced fee earner with 3-5 years PQE or equivalent to join them at their Southampton office.   You will handle your own caseload of RTA obtaining compensation against negligent parties for injured clients.   You will also act as a team leader and co-ordinator for the pre-issue and post-issue, first response and recovery and closure teams.  You will manage, monitor and review the work undertaken by these teams.   You will have use a case management system and have a high level of technical expertise, with broad experience of RTA matters, excellent client handling skills and experience of supervising and developing staff.    The firms offers excellent future prospects.
